Links to Library Grant Opportunities
Scholastic has a specific page on their website dedicated to Library Grants that I have found the useful in the past. You do not have to create a log in to access the information. It is presented in a clear manner and updated often.
Follett has a very good list of Grant information, but it can be a little overwhelming. Pro: It is a 37 page Pdf document that includes an index of specific categories and links to the various grant applications. Con: Some of the information is outdated.
I love Mackin Educational Resources grant information! They have grants that I haven't seen advertised in mainstream LIS materials. Their web publication The Grant Channel, is not current but they do offer information via email. That is where I access the information, not the website. Scroll to the bottom of the page to sign up for the monthly newsletters.
By far, my favorite Library Grant Blog is from Stephanie Gerding. Simple, straight to the point and easy to navigate.
